This is a consultation practice of allergy, asthma and immunology. Admission to the hospital would be made through your primary care provider or emergency room. You will be followed by their admitting physician or hospitalist. If they need specific information about your care they will contact us, after hours call is shared by local board certified physicians.
We request that you contact your primary care provider for emergency care after hours, weekends and holidays. During our office hours please contact our office no later than 4:00 pm, this gives us enough time to handle your questions and make recommendations concerning your care before closing.
Allergy & Asthma Center, P.C., is a provider for Medicare and most major insurance plans, and provides insurance billing. You are responsible for co-payments or charges that are not covered by your insurance. If you have questions regarding billing or which insurance plans we accept, please contact us. Questions regarding insurance coverage and benefits should be directed to your employer or insurance company.

If you do not see your insurance carrier or PPO listed above, please contact your insurance carrier to find out if you are restricted or if you can go to any provider you choose.
Our Notice of Privacy Practices describes how medical information about you may be used and disclosed and how you can get access to this information. It is given to all new patients, and a copy is available upon request.
