*******We have seasonal flu shots available now-----12/7/09***......

***H1N1 flu shots are now available to established patients and family members of all ages, drop in basis on Tuesday's or Thursday's between 9 am - 4:30 pm**** 12/16/09

• We are sorry to announce that our Springfield office building was sold and we have lost our lease. The last day this office will be open for immunotherapy will be ------- THURSDAY, JULY 16, 2009.

All immunotherapy records and bottles will be transferred to our EUGENE office, and you can get a shot there as of -------- MONDAY, JULY 20, 2009.

• As of June 1st, 2009 our Roseburg office will no longer offer immunotherapy hours on Friday's.

  Monday - Thursday immunotherapy hours remain the same.

• Dr. Minor retired as of August 1, 2008. The Allergy & Asthma Center will retain his patients medical records.

• Our Physicians do not refill prescriptions for maintenance drugs or antibiotics on the weekends. Please make sure to call during regular office hours with these requests.

• Please make sure to check your supply of prescription medications for the long holiday weekend, request those several days ahead to insure you don't get caught without!
